| Jan.25.2010 | OJSC "Elecond" developed the manufacture of new military quality capacitors:
К52-20 Wet slug capacitors in wholly tantalum sealed case. Urated= 6.3-125 V; Crated= 6.8-470 muF. The distinctive feature of the capacitors is the extended range of temperature from -60 up to +175 °С. The capacitors have more severe limits of the electric parameters during the operation. The climatic version is “all-climate, AC”.
К53-72 Tantalum chip capacitors with ultra low ESR (equivalent series resistance). As compared with the analogous capacitors the value of ESR is lowered up to 35-95 mOm. Urated= 2.5 - 32 V; Crated= 22 - 1 500 muF. The multuanode design (the connection of several anodes together) has been used to manufacture these capacitors. The capacitors have: temperature range from -60 to +125 °C; high permissible pulse current from 1.3 to 2.2 А; stable temperature and frequency characteristics. Climate version is "all-climate, AC". | |
